Steve Shuert RESIDENTIAL DESIGN is a Sherman, Texas-based custom residential design firm. Designing and drawing custom house plans with a “Texas Style” specializing in Lake Homes. Designs consist of Modern Farmhouse, Old World, Craftsman, Ranch, and Hill Country custom homes.

Designs range from small distinctive lake houses to large exemplary estate homes. We understand that every client is unique. With that in mind, our goal is to sit down with the client to create a design that fits their lifestyle, while developing a style sure to withstand the changing trends.
